Preparing for Eid, but my thoughts are with our Ummah’s that are in distress

I’m going to start on my cooking for Eid but I’m feeling for Palestine. On my menu I’m sticking to only two dishes, as it’s not really a celebration when our Ummah’s are in distress. My heart and prayers are with them at this precise time, as Allah has placed each of us in a place for a reason. No one knows why, but we will get to find out on our return back to jannah, paradise.

Alhamdulillah

All praise is due to Allah

Love Sara Khan

  1. My heart aches on your behalf Sarah, but you know that. You are like John the phrophet, the voice of one crying in the wilderness. How can one person preaching love and brotherhood alone get anywhere when all the world hears is Muslim leaders talk of killing infidels. Maybe you can get with Irshad Manji and other peaceful Muslims, and I have seen more than a handful on TV, and begin a coalessing into a creditable organisation of compassionate Muslims. The world has waited long enough.

    • Thank you. I’ve literally being crying. Just don’t understand how the Israelis can be human and everyone else that hurt others. They have forgotten that we will all return back to one God.
